The planned joint venture business will focus on core sectors such as green and intelligent dismantling of petrochemical facilities, high-value resource utilization of petrochemical solid and hazardous waste, remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater at petrochemical sites, as well as value-added services including environmental emergency response and environmental consulting, forming a closed-loop integrated environmental protection service system. The two parties have carried out a number of collaborations in the petrochemical environmental protection sector in the past and accumulated mature experience in integrated and intelligent resource-based services. Going forward, they will expand the scale of the chemical environmental protection service industry through joint venture arrangements and endeavor to build a premium environmental protection service brand in the industry.

Relevant cooperation plans will go through internal review and approval procedures. For key tasks such as market expansion and qualification application, the parties will submit special reports to municipal governments and proactively strive for policy support.
During the discussion, the two sides reached a consensus on the market expansion strategy: on the premise of consolidating existing business within Sinopec’s internal refining and chemical bases and solidifying the established cooperation foundation, proactively expand external markets.
